I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!

Day 432 - Chicken BLT salad. Mixed greens topped with leftover rotisserie chicken, chopped tomatoes, and some chopped bacon. She also has strawberries and 1/2 of a chocolate/peanut butter cupcake.
I have mixed greens topped with leftover rotisserie chicken, black beans and some buffalo hot wing cheese. I also have strawberries and a container of crushed red pepper.
