Day 397

Day 397 - I am not winning any health food awards with this one today, but the fun factor is through the roof!!  D and I had the best time making these.  We used turkey breakfast sausage and dipped it into pancake batter and fried them.  She has a Mini Dipper with syrup to dip them.  She also has grapes and strawberries.

My daughter will be 3 in August. I've been doing them for a while but just started taking pictures of them. :)

  2. Can these lunches be for adults too?? You are right about learning portion control. I want to actually make these for school too but I'm 17… I don't know if these are the right portions for an almost adult..

  3. You are wrong about portion control, I can eat all day and stay skinny you are true though about what you eat I like your selections and choices but I don't think they are enough to feed anyone, I would feel like I'm being punished if I received these lunches

  4. Portion control is huge! As well as a healthy balance of carbs protein and fat every 3 hours to stabilize blood sugars. Thanks for sharing!
