Day 280


Day 280 - DIY Lunchable today.  There is some ham, Wheat Thin crackers, salami and grape tomatoes, some cheddar cheese, strawberries and green grapes.  Late night at work tonight so I have my thinking cap on for tomorrow's lunch...

    1. When I pack lunch the night before I will add the crackers in the morning. She hasn't complained about them not being crisp.

  3. Crazy question... kids lunch boxes sit in a classroom for a the morning hours...is the cheese still good or mushy/gross? Any ice packs needed?

    I always use an ice pack and on the rare occasion that there have been leftovers, they still come home looking fresh.
