I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!

Day 430 - D has tuna with some multi-grain pita chips, tomato/fresh mozzarella salad, cucumber sticks, grapes, strawberries and an Oreo brownie.
I have some deli sliced chicken, mozzarella/cheddar string cheese, hummus, pea pods and strawberries.
