I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 339 - More leftovers! D has a ranch chicken/bacon sub with a cheese heart, orange bell peppers, homemade strawberry yogurt and some Kashi Mountain Medley granola.
