I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 337 - More leftovers today! We had grilled chicken the other night which has now turned into chicken salad! She also has pita chips, strawberries and s/f vanilla pudding with Oreo crumbs.
