Halloween 2013

Halloween - I didn't want to go too crazy and pack a bunch of food for today.  They are having their classroom party today so I know that it would just be wasted.  D has a mini whole wheat bagel with cranberry/pecan chicken salad, colby/jack cheese and an orange.

I also have cranberry/pecan chicken salad, colby/jack cheese, almond thins crackers and grapes.

The Halloween food picks were sent to us by Jee Jee from Bento USA.

  1. The salad looks so yummy! Is it just a normal chicken salad recipe with cranberries and pecans added?

    1. Meg, I used leftover roasted chicken, dried cranberries, pecans, mayo and a tiny bit of dijon mustard. It was delicious!
