I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 455 - The picture quality is awful. I had to take this with my cell phone at 8:00 last night, but you get the idea of what she has anyway! She has a 1/2 of a short rib sandwich, spinach salad, homemade yogurt topped with sweetened spiced pumpkin and toasted pecans.
I have leftover grilled chicken, string cheese, the same pumpkin pie yogurt, pea pods and hummus.
