I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 254 - Lunch meat sushi! I stacked ham and turkey and put julienned carrots and a piece of lettuce on top then rolled it up tight and cut it into coins. The girls also have mini multi grain crackers, homemade greek yogurt with chia seeds and cherries.
