Day 426

Day 426 - Today D has some leftover pastrami sandwich, pickled egg, red/yellow grape tomatoes, sesame bread sticks and some Whipped Jif Chocolate/Peanut Butter Spread.  It's not the healthiest of peanut butter spreads but it's ok for the occasional treat.


My lunch today is a bit of a repeat.  I have the same as yesterday but instead of grapes I have the Whipped Jiff.

Day 425

Day 425 - Today D has a ham sandwich cut out with a butterfly sandwich cutter and decorated with carrot stars.  she has cucumber/tomato/carrot flowers, colby/jack cheese, grapes and a couple of Lemon Oreos.

I have some deli sliced chicken, my new favorite Cabot Buffalo Wing cheese, sesame bread sticks, hummus, sugar snap peas and grapes.

 

Day 424


Day 424 - Taco Salad.  Today there is mixed lettuce under chicken, grape tomatoes, and some shredded cheese.  She also has a container of yogurt/mild salsa mix for dressing and some grapes.

I also have a taco salad but instead of tomatoes I have a scoop of beans.  My 'dressing' is yogurt and hot salsa.

Day 423


Day 423 - Grilled cheese sticks with pizza dipping sauce, yellow grape tomatoes, cherries and a couple no bake energy bites.

I love prosciutto wrapped melon.  This is my low rent version a.k.a deli ham and cantaloupe lunchable! Beside the ham and melon I have marbled jack cheese, sesame crackers, cherries and energy bites.

Day 422


Day 422 - Chicken wrap with lettuce and carrots, yellow grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella with italian seasoning, cherries and Gimbals Cherry Lovers candy.


My lunch is pretty similar to yesterday's but has diced chicken instead of tuna and I have a small bottle of homemade greek dressing.  It is basically red wine vinegar, greek seasoning and a little water.  I also have cherries and candy.

Day 421


Day 421 - Today D and I both have tuna for lunch...just executed a little differently.  D likes chunk light tuna with a little bit of mayo and dill pickle relish.  She has that in a wrap with lettuce, she has cucumber/carrot/tomato flowers, cherries and some Cosmos Creations Cinnamon Crunch.


 I like solid white tuna and I don't like it with mayo...I usually use avocado, but today I just tossed it with some crushed red pepper.  I also have some black beans and one of my favorite combos cucumber/feta/kalamata olive.  I put it all on a bed of lettuce and I packed a mini dipper with sliced pepperoncini that I will use in place of dressing.  I also have some cherries.

 

Day 420


Day 420 - Lots of leftovers today!  D has leftover pizza, cucumber spears, some left over Reese's Poke Cake that I saw on pinterest.  If I were to ever make it again I'd leave out the sweetened condensed milk. The cake was overly sweet and really soggy.  D also has some blueberries.


Mom has left over chicken, roasted zucchini, hummus, sugar snap peas and blueberries.

Day 419


Day 419 - Turkey/lettuce wrap, Chobani Champions tube, cucumber sticks and a carrot flower from Grammy and Grandpa's garden..it is in full production mode...YAY!! She also has 2 strawberries.


Mom's lunch is a salad made with Lunchable scraps, in the mini-dipper is crushed red pepper that I use because I don't like salad dressing.  I also have 2 strawberries.

Day 418


Day 418 - DIY Lunchable.  Today is ham, turkey, jack cheese hearts with multi-grain crackers, a strawberry, carrot salad and 2 lemon Oreos.


Mom's lunch is ham and turkey hearts, jack cheese scraps, multi-grain crackers, a straberry and sugar snap peas with hummus.

Day 417


Day 417 - Today D has a turkey/blt wrap, carrots, jack cheese, strawberries/blueberries and 2 lemon Oreos.


Mom has a buffalo chicken wrap made with blue cheese dressing, Thin n' Trim buffalo chicken, lettuce and Cabot Hot Buffalo Wing cheddar cheese.  I also have some sugar snap peas, hummus and strawberries and blueberries.

Day 416


Day 416 - Leftover cheese pizza, sugar snap peas, carrot flower, cherry tomatoes from Grammy and Grandpa's garden, cherries, strawberries and blueberries.


I have Sabra roasted pine nut hummus, turkey, Cabot Buffalo Hot Cheddar, cucumbers, carrot flower, sugar snap peas and raspberries.


Day 415


Day 415 - We are back after a little break.  I am still packing lunches everyday.  I just took a little blogging break.  For lunch today D had BLT Salad with some sliced turkey, 2 fresh mozzarella balls, carrot and cucumber flowers, toast "croutons", cherries, grapes and raspberries.



I regularly pack lunch for myself also but just never posted them before.  Today I had turkey, muenster cheese with spicy mustard, cherries and raspberries.
