I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 231 - More left overs today. Short rib/spinach sandwich, decorated with a ham and cheese fish, carrots and a grape tomato, homemade yogurt topped with sour cherries.
