I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 351 - Left over pizza! Seems to be our new Monday staple! She has cheese pizza, cherry tomatoes, cucumber spears, cantaloupe and grapes and some peanut butter/chocolate bark.
