Day 349 - Quick and easy lunch! Ham/mustard wrap, string cheese, clementine, red and yellow grape tomatoes, cucumber/feta salad, sunflower seeds with blueberry cereal bar hearts.
Cucumber/Feta Salad
1 English cucumber, diced
1/4 C feta cheese crumbles
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tsp olive oil
Toss it all together and enjoy! I also like to add diced kalamata olives to it too!
