I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 294 - Turkey/spinach/sprouts in a Joseph's flax flat bread with tuscan white bean humus, string cheese, yogurt parfait, dark chocolate wafer cookies, strawberries and raspberries with chocolate chips. All packed into the gray Goodbyn!
