this method. I used 1 lb. ground pork, 2 green onions finely minced, maybe 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp minced ginger and 1 Tbs soy sauce for the filling. I used a measuring teaspoon to measure out the filling. I made them yesterday so after I boiled them I drained them well and layered them in wax paper to keep in the fridge. Today I just heated a little oil in a pan and lightly pan fried them to warm them through.
