I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
D has granola balls for snack again today. I made them a little different this time. I replaced some of the chocolate chips with butterscotch chips and I pulsed them in the food processor for a few seconds to chop them up really good. D really really loved them.
Lunch today is ham, salami and alfalfa sprout roll ups, grapes, cherries and fresh mozarella balls.
