I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 387 - Turkey sandwiches on Rhodes dinner rolls, fresh mozzarella, pickles, strawberries, strawberry and blueberry almonds with some chocolate chips.
