I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 159 D had grilled chicken, hawaiian roll, cheddar cheese cubes, grapes, gingerbread pudding with whipped cream and a few Hello Kitty sprinkles.
Day 160. Today D has Thanksgiving roll ups. It is a Stella Doro bread stick, cream cheese, a few craisins all wrapped in turkey. I topped it with hearts cut out of fruit leather. She also has sugar snap peas, yogurt covered raisins and a clementine.
