Day 25

M has applesauce/blueberries, grilled chicken burgers, lettuce, pita, grapes, clementines, pumpkin bread and a container of honey mustard bbq sauce.  D has pumpkin bread for snack.


D and A have meatball soup, garlic toast hearts and clementines (not pictured)


Pumpkin Bread
3/4 C agave syrup
3/4 C honey
4 eggs
1 C coconut oil or butter, melted
1/2 C cold water
1 (15 oz can) pumpkin puree
2 Tbs molasses
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 1/3 C flour
1 C chocolate chips
1 C raisins
2 Tbs wheat germ

Sift together dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.  Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 2 loaf pans.  In a seperate bowl combine all wet ingredients. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and raisins.  Divide batter evenly between 2 loaf pans.  Sprinkle tops with wheat germ and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
