I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Day 491 - Today D and I have identical lunches. We have chicken pot stickers, baby bell pepper, tomatoes, soy sauce, orange, and mixed berry and chocolate chip trail mix.
