I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!

Day 488
Day 488 - Mini cornbread muffin sandwiches. I used mini cornbread muffins to make ham sandwiches. I decorated them with cheese and food safe markers. D also has brownie goldfish, Hello Kitty marshmallow, an orange, some tomatoes and grapes.

Day 487 - Chicken Taco Salad. Leftover grilled chicken on lettuce with cheese, tomatoes, corn chips, yogurt/salsa dressing and some grapes.
