Day 296 - This is one of D's favorites. She has fun shaped
ravioli, topped with herbed sun dried tomatoes, kiwi and a hollowed out apple with caramel flavored yogurt topped with caramel sauce and unsweetened coconut.
To make the caramel flavored yogurt I use 1 cup of my
homemade yogurt and add a tablespoon of sugar free coffee flavoring syrup (like Torani).
