I have challenged myself to be more healthy and less wasteful. I am going to journal my efforts to feed my kids healthy, waste free lunches and snacks. I will have some winners and some losers but I'm putting it all here...the good, the bad and even the ugly!

Day 158
Day 158's lunch is ham on King's Hawaiian rolls, with cheese and fruit leather features, string cheese, an apple and clementine.
